Too much going on

Well my research on vril power has not been going as smooth as I want. I started a new job, been writing new article and am working on clearing up some bugs and then getting packaging done on some new hardware kits I plan on selling soon.

DARPA and its cyber-range

Posted in Gripes, hacking, News with tags , , , on June 22, 2010 by terrordrone

DARPA is building a “cyber range” to help train military and government hackers in case of cyber-warfare against the USA. This is a great idea but its being done in the wrong way. Allow me to point out the flaws I find in this system. The main issue I have is they are going to be using virtual hackers. Computer programmed to mimic human hackers. Bad idea. Machines at this point in time and maybe never will be able to mimic a human. Let alone a human hacker.
1. Despite the stereotype hackers are social people. Visit any 2600 meeting, hacker space or on-line forum and you will see hackers share information, brag and at times teach each other. Computers do not do this.
2. Computers no matter how advance or how great the AI program is are still machines that have a set of rules to follow in the form of a program. Humans do not.
3. Human beings can have blind luck. Even a script kiddie gets some lucky “hack” done once in a while.
4. Hackers in general are information junkies staying up to date on the latest bugs, fixes and exploits. For a computer to stay up to date on all this would require an operator and it still would fail at the speed in which the hacker community does it in.
5.Hackers have egos. Something we like to call geek machismo. Being the first to find an use an exploit in a PHP script gains points. Computers having no emotion have no ego the are just doing what the are told to do.

This is in no way a complete list. And if you haven’t figured it out by now I truly believe crowd sourcing this virtual Internet to at least the American hacker community is the best course of action. Having served in the military myself training versus OPFOR (our guys pretending to be enemies) was a much better learning experience than trying to out smart a machine. Let us at it DARPA your guys will be ready for anything after training against the hacker community.

Just an update of what I’m doing

Posted in DIY, hardware, News, Projects, Refrences, weirdness with tags , , , , , on June 19, 2010 by terrordrone

Wow this research about vril is way more in depth than I originally imagined. One thing about looking at stuff from secret society/conspiracy is you have to cut through a lot of bs and nutty idea just to get to the information your looking for.
In other news when I have time away from research, school ,job and family I’ve been working on modding a tweet-a-watt from lady ada to work with some DIY spy gadgets as well as making the circuit for other gadgets simpler using micro-processors. Stay tuned for post regarding all this.

Arthur Goldwag

Wow how have i never heard of this author is beyond me just listened to a podcast interveiw with him and he has a wordpress page too. Lucky for me my local book store had his latest book “Cults, Conspiracies, and Secret Societies: The Straight Scoop on Freemasons, The Illuminati, Skull and Bones, Black Helicopters, The New World Order, and many, many more” by Arthur Goldwag
So far a great book but lack of index is a bit of a headache. Check his stuff out. I’m looking forward to reading his other titles. He is also the inspiration for my next big post I’m researching involving the physics, science and engineering behind the idea of vril levitating devices. We will also touch on the vril society associated with this mad science.

Been a while…

Posted in News on June 16, 2010 by terrordrone

Been a while since I posted on here time just hasn’t permitted it but I am back. Some changes to the format of this blog now will be posting most of my hardware project information will be posted at PHX2600now but this blog will once again bring hardware hacker news and info as well as a personnel interest of mine strange stuff to include conspiracy theories, occult and secret societies. Not that I believe pretty much anything that comes out of that scene but I love hearing the ideas and often out of the world beliefs that spawn from there.

Spy Camera to TV build

Posted in Projects with tags , , , , , , on January 22, 2010 by terrordrone

Ok here is the schematic and pcb for the camera I am building into my uav blimp. Since it is such a simple circuit the pcb is not really needed at all the whole build can pretty much be done on some perf board and the build it self is a beginner level project. The eight turns around the ferrite slug gives us a Frequency of around 67.25 MHz which tunes in to channel 4 with a rabbit ears tv(analogue not the new digital ones) and the potentiometer settings will vary depending on the camera and it’s impedance you use in the circuit. Experimenting with the coil spacing can also change the tv channel from 2 to around 5. The range is around 46 meters and you get around 9 hours of life off of a 9V battery. There is no encryption on this signal so anyone within range can view what you are seeing.Any question feel free to contact me here.

Willowgarage.com is inviting researchers and developers to respond a call for proposals for a chance of at 1 of 10 PR2 robot. This is a great way to advance learning and exploration into robots and open source hardware as a whole. The objectives of this beta project is to enable scientific breakthroughs in personal robotics, expand the open source robotics community, develop reusable components and tools and to explore new applications for personal robots.Intent to respond due by 01FEB10 and final proposal is due by 01MAR10. Who’s behind Moteware? Started by a group of current and former graduate students at the University of California, our founders have deployed some of the largest sensornets, designed some popular sensor platforms, and written some widely-used operating system, networking, and storage software for sensornets.
